NSW CFO Symposium Chair

Ann-Maree Moodie is an experienced corporate governance professional providing counsel to chairmen, NEDs and CEOs on board performance, strategy, leadership, corporate law and group-decision making. Ann-Maree is a contributor to The Australian Financial Review, The Age and The Sydney Morning Herald and she wrote the corporate governance opinion column for CFO from 2002 until the magazine’s closure in 2012. Ann-Maree is a Fellow of the AICD, a Fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia and a Member of the European Corporate Governance Institute.
